Atri-Plus is a two-compound PU material suitable for the repair of rubber, PVC and PU conveyor belts. Its unique chemical crosslink corresponds to the process of hot vulcanizing at room temperature. Therefor you can use Atri-Plus Repair Resin in both hot and cold processes of repairing the conveyor belt.

Atri-plus chemical components are not toxic at all. It has no CMR constituents (carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic), with no solvents which is categorized in VOC-free compounds (without volatile organic).

It has official approval for food industries. Atri-Plus formulated in such a way that it doesn’t need any primer or waiting time for evaporation. Therefore, you can use Atri-Plus even at freezing temperatures or under conditions with extreme humidity and dust. This product is also very resistant to sunlight, salt water, oils, acids, oils, alkalis and different temperatures.

Simple instruction of Atri-Plus consist of 5 easy steps which take only 30-60 minutes for hardening. Also once opened, the cartridges can be resealed for further use to avoid any waste of product.
