Flexco bolt hinged fastening system has a combination of penetration and compression which delivers reliability to conveyor belt systems with smaller pulleys. It is ideal for conveyor belt applications subject to length adjustment because of the removable hinged pin.
Bolt hinged fastening system’s mechanical fasteners rate from 33 to 52kN/m and they can be used for belts from 6mm to 16mm thick. Also, it covers pulley diameters from 150mm to 225mm.
