About BOLT SOLID PLATE FASTENING SYSTEM

Flexco BSP fastening system produces a strong splice with very powerful holding ability. BSP fastener uses a combination of top and bottom plates and high tensile strength bolts and can be used for belts from 5mm to 50mm thick. Also, it covers pulley diameters from 300mm to 1120mm.

Flexco bolt solid fastening system’s specially formed teeth penetrates belt carcass without damaging fibers. Thanks to piloted bolts, operators can experience a quick and easy installation. These fasteners are also available with rubber-covered top plates for impact protection.
